Sesame seed oil is a fabulous healthy fat with numerous health benefits and in proper portion provides great antioxidants for
the body while promoting fat
loss. This can
irritate your scalp and skin. Clogged pores can also cause hair follicles to fall out. Avoid
this by leaving pure sesame
oil on your scalp
and hair for only a
short period of time. Also ensure that all sesame oil is washed out
from your scalp and hair. You can use sesame oil liberally on
your skin for massage
and for moisturizing purposes. If you use sesame oil for acne or acne scars, dab it onto the affected area
with a cotton ball, and leave it on overnight. You may want to exfoliate your skin first to remove dead skin cells and debris. One of my all-time favourites,
